Terms of Service

By creating an account, downloading a plugin or buying anything from YEKE PLUG, you accept these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

YEKE PLUG (“we”, “us”) is operated by Carlos Bellmunt, based in Spain. We refer to you as the “user” or “licensee”.

You need an account to download or buy plugins. You agree to:

• provide a valid email address and a password of at least 8 characters;
• keep your password confidential and notify us if you suspect unauthorised access;
• be at least 16 years old;
• not create multiple accounts to abuse promotions or limits.

You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms or are used fraudulently.

Free plugins are licensed to you under a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license for personal and commercial music production on devices you own or control.

You may not:

• resell, sublicense, rent or distribute the plugin or its installer;
• reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract its source code or models;
• remove or alter any copyright notices or branding inside the plugin;
• repackage the plugin as your own or include it in a paid bundle.

Paid plugins are licensed to you under the same terms as free plugins, plus the following:

• License key — each purchase issues a unique activation key delivered via email and shown on your account page. Keep it safe. We can reissue lost keys to the original buyer.
• Activations — unless stated otherwise on the product page, one license activates the plugin on up to three (3) devices you own.
• Updates — your license includes all minor and patch updates for the same major version. Major upgrades may require an upgrade purchase, which we will price fairly for existing customers.
• Transfer — you may move your license between your own devices freely; transfers to other people are not permitted.

Paid plugins are sold through Lemon Squeezy, who acts as the merchant of record for the transaction. That means Lemon Squeezy is responsible for collecting and remitting any VAT, GST or sales tax due in your country. The receipt you receive will be issued by Lemon Squeezy on our behalf.

We offer a 14-day refund on any paid plugin if you are not happy with it — no questions asked. Simply email cbellmunt24@gmail.com from the address you used to buy. After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion and limited to cases of demonstrable malfunction we can’t fix in a reasonable time.

Free plugins, by their nature, are not eligible for refunds.

We do our best to keep YEKE PLUG online but we make no uptime guarantee. Downloads, account access and the website may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, third-party outages or reasons beyond our control. Once you have downloaded a plugin and activated your license, it will continue to work offline regardless of whether the website is up.

Anything you create with YEKE PLUG plugins — tracks, samples, stems, full albums — is yours. We do not claim any rights to the music you make. You are free to release, monetise and license your output however you want, with no royalties owed to us.

The plugins, code, samples, neural network models, presets, brand name, logo, designs and website content are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited license described above, nothing in these Terms transfers any IP to you.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, YEKE PLUG and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the plugins or the website — including lost music, lost time, hardware damage or third-party claims.

Our total liability for any direct damages is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim (or zero, if the plugin involved was free). Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited under EU consumer law.

You may close your account at any time by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, abuse the service, or commit fraud. If we terminate your account for cause, you lose access to any free downloads logged under it; valid paid licenses remain yours and can be reissued on request.

We may update these Terms when the service changes or to comply with new rules. We will update the “last updated” date and, for material changes affecting paid plugins, email customers in advance. Continued use after an update means you accept the new version.

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent courts of Spain, except where mandatory consumer-protection law allows you to bring proceedings in your own country.
